My mother was so beautiful,
She was kind and loved me too,
She's always watching over me,
Watching everything I do.
She is always helping me,
Choose from wrong or right,
She might not know it,
But she's my guiding light,
I wish I could have known her,
Better than I did,
Oh I wish that when she died,
I wasn't just a kid.
I am growing up now,
And I think I will be alright
But only because of what I do,
I talk to her every night.
And I know that she is listening,
I know she really cares,
And sometimes when it makes me cry,
She wipes away my tears.
Now it is clear to me,
That I didn't need to know,
Her better then, than I do now,
I'll just learn more about her as I grow.
